Why does this group exist?
The Cameron Logan Scholarship Fund was created in 2011 to raise proceeds for a scholarship at Salesianum School in Wilmington, DE. The scholarship was created in 2001 to honor Cameron and the impact he had on everyone he met, especially his family and his friends at Sallies. The Fund has expanded its cause to also support a graduating senior from Kennett High School in Kennett Square, PA. As a native of Kennett, Cameron had many strong ties to the school, including his mother, Connie, who worked there for many years.
Who does the scholarship benefit?
The scholarship is awarded to one incoming freshman at Salesianum High School each year. The recipient is chosen based on their interest and ability in the arts, something that was a passion of Cameron’s.
I want to write off my donation on my tax return. What information do I need?
If you contact any member of the Board, we can provide you with the necessary information to claim your write off. Additionally, we will provide you with a proof of payment to submit with your tax return.
How/where can I donate?
We are always accepting donations. Donations can be made via cash, check, or credit card in person at any Cameron Logan Scholarship Fund sponsored events. Additionally, cash and check donations can be mailed to:

Can I donate in ways other than money? If so, how can I get involved?
If you are interested in getting involved, please contact any member of the Board. We are always looking for people to help raise donations, organize and staff events, donate goods for the events (ie silent auction items), or simply join the cause. Please reach out to us at theloganfund@gmail.com and we can start the discussion of how to get you involved as quickly as possible!
Where/when are your events?
We host a number of events each year. The major events – golf outing and soireé – usually occur in late April/early May.
How do I become a sponsor?
There are many ways to sponsor, but some examples are sponsoring a hole at our golf tournament, being a corporate sponsor at any one of our events, hosting an event at your business establishment, donating goods to the silent auction, etc. If you’re interested in sponsoring the Fund or an event, please contact us at theloganfund@gmail.com.
My company will match my donation. What is the official name of the fund?
The official name of the organization, per the State of Delaware, is the Cameron Logan Scholarship Fund.
